The Petite Sitters was a freelance branding project for a boutique pet-sitting service centered around personal, in-home care. The client wanted an identity that felt warm, trustworthy, feminine, and memorable, while still looking professional enough to support business growth. The brand name and positioning highlighted the idea of petite women providing gentle, attentive care, so the visual direction needed to feel charming without becoming overly playful or childish.
The project included developing the brand’s overall creative direction, logo system, color palette, typography, messaging, and supporting visual elements. I focused on creating a soft but polished identity that reflected the client’s personality and the emotional trust involved in pet care. Warm neutrals, soft pink tones, and deep blue accents were used to create a balance between friendliness and reliability, while simple pet-inspired details helped make the brand feel approachable and easy to recognize.
The final brand system was designed to work across both print and digital touchpoints, including business cards, service materials, social media graphics, apparel, and web applications. Each element was created to give the client a cohesive and professional presence that could be used consistently as the business launched and grew. Overall, the project helped transform the client’s service idea into a clear, polished brand identity with a distinct personality and strong local appeal.
